Those individuals accepted and didn’t have to take me to dinner or caress my hair through the night so overall it was harmless.

While you are pulling your hair out over this one NON-DEAL, your missing out on 2 more that could be.

My wife has her hair salon in that area (587 New Laredo Hwy) and a friend works at Carillo Elem.

If you decide to sell then get laser focused on the market you see up and coming the most. 

I'm late to this thread but for the sake of anyone else pulling their hair out trying to get a loan, let me, a loan originator for 17 years, tell you how extremely difficult it's been for the past year to originate loans.

You can reach out to businesses that would have interest in your particular audience (make sure you know your expected attendance and demographic); such businesses may include local car dealerships, fashion accessory companies, hair/beauty care product companies, catering companies, etc.
