On a side note, my laptop was just stolen in Oakland this past weekend.

My wife found a software called Landlord Max, but the laptop she loaded it on crashed in less than a month and with tax season and everything else she has never loaded in into her new desktop to get it up and running.

Not only I read real estate books, I analyzed local and out of state deals on my laptop night in and night out.  

1)Buy them laptop and have them shadow me even to the job site?

I can bring my laptop, but cant use their power source.

I need a program that will easily allow me to switch from my (mac) laptop to my iPhone, or to my iPad, and I want real-time updates to share with others involved with the project, preferably with push-alerts.Projects are primarily renovations with fairly long-term timelines and hardfast deadlines, but there are some items that can be done more "at leisure" or which are one time one-and-done type items.

It is wifi-accessible and easy to add/edit/remove passcodes from laptop browser or phone app.
