With all this work in a healthy renting market (DFW Metroplex), would you suggest to put the property on the MLS?  

Both corporations have very healthy balance sheets and income statements.

Grass looked healthy enough.I've never raised or lowered his rent the entire time.  

Its' healthy and really nothing you can do about it especially if you are looking at a hot deal in a very desirable neighborhood, good schools, high equity, etc.

On the good side, unemployment is low, inflation is low, commodity prices have dropped, real estate (nationally both residential and commercial) is still healthy, tech is still creating new product and service categories, etc.

Even with positive appreciation and a healthy HOA you still wouldn't invest in a condo?

If they take it then you have a healthy income for your first 12 months with a little head ache.
