Its' healthy and really nothing you can do about it especially if you are looking at a hot deal in a very desirable neighborhood, good schools, high equity, etc.

On the good side, unemployment is low, inflation is low, commodity prices have dropped, real estate (nationally both residential and commercial) is still healthy, tech is still creating new product and service categories, etc.
