The problem is the chemicals in the pool, react with the sealant, and instead of having a really nice rock layout where you see color running through the veins in the rock kind of thing, you see a washed out surface because the chemicals from the pool really interact with the sealant.  

And because we're not getting monthly assessment updates like we do market updates, it feels like a much harsher sting.

Why I'm looking for this specific building type and location is that my other company manufactures construction chemicals and products, with an emphasis on masonry restoration and adaptive reuse of buildings, based in Lawrence KS.

If there was any prior use that could have caused environmental damage (leaking chemicals, buried wastes, etc,) you might want to have it checked out.

Usually done on "quarters" or "thirds" IE tenant and owner split seed, fertilizer and chemical costs 75/25 or 66/33 and the tenant farmer pays the owner 1/4 or 1/3 of revenue generated as rent.

And it's not uncommon for water to leave residue behind, which is why dishwashers have special chemicals designed to remove the water residue.

Even if the walkways, steps, driveways and parking lots have been shoveled, plowed or treated with salt/chemicals, you understand that slippery conditions often appear without notice and are not visible.

My husband really wants to buy a property in the harsher part of town, but where I am located, even the roughest of homes are going for about 200k-230k.

No furniture, paint, chemicals, cleaning supplies, mops, etc.

Be sure to never use a pipe cleaner that contains sulfuric acid or other chemicals.
