I can use Google to walk the streets.  

I have googled so much and I am getting mixed answers on everything.

Use Google Maps to see what is in the immediate area.

I googled the address, and it comes up as a condo for down there, but why would a 952 number be the rental manager for an apartment in Miami? 

Lastly, if you want to grow your investor network here on BP, set up keyword alerts so that you are notified anytime someone posts about one of your service areas i.e.

A quick Google search for the Ashland, KY area only list a larger local company and I'm fairly certain they own all the properties they manage, or out of state companies that I'm not sure would manage quads (which is probably where I would start). 

Obviously, a complete and well built website with interactive components and quality information that’s constantly update and optimized for particular keywords to show up on the first page of search engines (including YouTube) will bring in the MOST valuable leads.  

Master areas and neighborhoods, "drive to the areas" with google maps, etc.
