May I ask what has you most frustrated with the companies that you have used in the past?

Hi Everyone,Insurance has been a frustration for me as I'm constantly adding property to my portfolio and always need to go through my agent (often with a couple reminder emails).  

I'm just trying to get started and don't want to frustrate people along the way!

I don't know if my point came across as clearly as what I was hoping, but I needed to get my thoughts/frustrations out.

pricing these days for HML is based on experience  No experience pretty expensive  ..so in my mind first few out of the gate I would do this with an equity partner safer and less frustrating than trying to go HML  once you can show a few successful flips under your belt the HML route will be easier and less expensive..

This is frustrating, can someone please help me? 

If you’re too needy or ask too much, the seller can get frustrated and walk away.

then if you do any work on the house you need a GC I know we live in a very frustrating area if your going to actually follow the laws.

In the absence of such, both of you will be extremely frustrated with each other and perceive you both got the short end of the deal. 

However, upon trying to use the home warranty, if ever, the new owner gets extremely frustrated and ends up paying for the repair/replacement themselves.
