Yes, we're fully aware of the Dave Ramsey method to financial freedom, that's another discussion in another forum. 

Me and my wife have developed our real estate business the last 4 years and I really wanna streamline it to where we really happy with it and have freedom.

I am 19 years old and I have recently become the newest financial freedom finantic.

I understand people have different goals, but in this scenario let's pretend you've already reached financial freedom at 10k cash flow but you want to continuously grow your business and make as much cash flow as you can. 

My goal with rentals long term is to build enough of a portfolio up to be able to replace my income from my job and just have the financial freedom to be able to travel/be worry free.

I would like to do this until I have financial freedom and a few thousand dollars a month in net profit from the rentals.

He is generating $150 extra after mortgage, bills, and saved costs for repairs.As we move into the direction of life and family future, we are looking at ways to create more financial freedom.

I have recently moved to the greater Sacramento area (Roseville) with my family and we are looking to start a path to financial freedom.

I have some experience in Real Estate, but I'm eager to learn more and build my path to financial freedom.
