Economic growth, relatively affordable, fair landlord laws, plenty of deals still to be had, birthplace of aviation and the womb of American Football 😁 I grew up here and am very familiar with the Columbus area as a fellow investor and real estate professional.

I think of it like playing the NFL if you are on a weekend tag football team for your IT Office.  

I also rent for all the Clemson home football games, graduation and other events in the off season.

It's going to be too much commotion to have this guy and his whole family coming over to play football and have bbq outside, when the main floor has to deal with all of them.Can I reject this guy based on what grounds?

The long winter, slippery icy road, cloudy weather all year long made me feel truly depressed.The only excitement in town is the buckeye football game.

So if we were playing football then this would be half time. 

The only logical answer I can come up with is that they make MORE money selling the tools and education than they make using the tools.Next question.....would you without ever playing football; try out for the Denver Broncos?

I didn't really have any side gigs or anything but just allocated any extra money to the savings account--bday money, tax returns, fantasy football winnings (only 1 year lol), etc.

But I feel as though part of the investor's journey is being able to effectively respond to the unexpected and find creative or alternative ways to close the transaction and still create value for everyone involved.A good friend of mine who is also an investor has a saying that goes something like this, "Finding a deal is a lot like getting the football.
