THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE.I'm not trying to point the finger of blame here, but tenants that are NOT receiving financial help from NYS nor the Federal Government maybe a victim of their own past history as well as circumstances beyond their control.That being said, I believe there needs to be a better way to help Undocumented workers.

There's nothing like having your finger on the pulse of your rentals. 3rd party management companies will do the job but they will add fees on top of everything they can (it's part of the business) Plus, they don't really have any vested interest in over delivering.
