Will this method work elsewhere?

I especially appreciated their reports, which detail the methods, dates, and times they attempted to reach tenants.

I am very intrigued by the BRRRR method but my skills and expertise still lie in fix-and-flips.

The property taxes and interest rates are just eating away at the cash flow, so I'm pretty much stuck doing flips in that market.Wanted to get your advice and hear your thoughts on where might be a good market for the BRRRR method these days?

We're happy to sit on them or sell out, pull out our equity and move on and up.Technically they are two 4plexes, so they *could* be purchased with 2 conventional loans - however the appraisal would have to be based on the income method.
