The answer is a big fat NO.

It has water and power as well as a cell tower on it and a small building.

You could also get a mobile hotspot connected to your cell plan and place it at the house (for wifi for cameras)

As of right now the price is $1400 and the property is 772 sq ft with a small building and a cell tower on it (which I am going to ask if it still works or not) this is all downtown and in a prime location to be a commercial rental property.

They can all charge cell phones or other essentials in the hallway but no fridges. 

They chose to pay their cell phone bill over you, they chose to pay Netflix over you, they CHOSE  this scenario.
