Tragically, the Camp Fire will go down in history and people all over the world, years and decades from now will always be shocked by the destruction and pain that this fire caused.Just imagine going to pick up something from the store and not having a place to cook and eat it, because it is quite possible that everything you own and your home is/maybe completely be gone...

There's a cost converting to, and another cost converting from.I would suggest that if there's a large enough capital expense to set it up, but it doesn't quite work out the way you hoped, just keep it anyway and eat the costs.

I am evaluating some of my first potential buys, but I could use some guidance to determine when a property is not a good deal because of the parameters of the property or when it is not a good deal because I am expecting to have my cake and eat it too.

they are usually paid for performance.. but some bigger outfits actually bring them in as employees with bonuss'everyone has to eat and pay for gas.
