So I (my IRA) may have to take out a non-recourse loan, but interest rates on non-recourse loans are ridiculously high and plus other drawbacks like UBIT tax etc.Any suggestions on better ways to use that old 401K ?

LLC's have their place for larger corporate size investments, but they come with so many draw backs that I personally think for a residential property you are better off with to hold it in your personal name.

However my experience since has not been great.This may be old news to every but me, since I had only banked at huge places like Chase and BOfA before using this small bank, I didn't realize the drawbacks:--long hold time (9 days) for large checks deposited--wire transfer process is antiquated and not user friendly.
