All four units are currently vacant however there are six identical buildings on this street and other than the 4 units in this bulding (it is bank owned) there is only one other unit that is not rented currently.

If you guys get out of town appraisers, I can understand the bias.Also, the question posed was with all having equal knowledge, experience, if that's the case I'd think they would come up very close together or carried to being exactly equal, the values would be identical.
