I have seen different posters mention tidbit about this program.

  • That investors can use this program to have 20 loans
  • That they only have to put down 10%
  • That their is a higher interest rate than normal (cannot find any mention)

Honestly I cannot find a whole lot of anything online about this program. This program appeals because of the supposed down payment but there are also downsizes.

Has anyone ever used this program, or did all the research and not used it. Any links to great informative websites would also be helpful. Really anything you provide about this program. Just trying to see if this is a viable option.
