I realize I am not rich by any means but I want to describe my situation so an experienced REI can give me advice suited to my specific situation.

The rich got richer, so the economists / indicators makes it look like there is extra cash out there.

Unless you have rich family or friends or are an incredible salesperson, why would strangers invest in a newbie?

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

On that note, some may see home prices as too rich, may be be moving in a few years, or in a cyclical job (oil, some types of construction, etc), so they don't take the plunge on a purchase...Best of luck!

Rich, it was full but the city inspector had a small issue with the sewage and the the tenants had to leave within 60 days since the owner did not want to fix it.
