Right now we pay one bill at a time (enter the bill into Quickbooks, cut the check, fill out the bill coupon...) and it takes me about 12 hours per week to pay all of the bills.

I set up a profile on Angie’s list for free, and once I get two reviews I can advertise there free and offer discount coupons on my personal business page to get to the top of their search engine.

I'm actually taking mine online (realestateu.tv) for just $89 (after easily finding a coupon code online).I haven't thought about taking the exam yet.

There are only two types of investing, one that relies on clipping coupons (referring to the coupons on Bonds) a.k.a cash flow, and one that relies on reselling to another buyer for a higher price a.k.a. capital appreciation.

Brokers: try having a dinner-out-coupon sent to them for being so nice and accommodating for the showings.  

I found Real Estate Express really easy (you can look at their Facebook for coupons, but I called and asked for the discount and got it) compared to 1st Choice Real Estate School.  

The first 2 meetings were free and the subsequent ones are fee based, but they offer a coupon for a free initial meeting.

I even had a coupon code (H5E8Q5) which gets you $10 off your first service - you can use this code when you sign up too, it never expires.

I would register a few names (using coupons, you can get them down to under $3 each at godaddy).
