You make the rules, you inforce the rules, if you can not do that with zero compassion you are in the wrong business.Tenants in lower class neighbourhoods hone their skills to take advantage of every possible system and landlords are just another system in their sights.If you get good tenants obviously treat them cordially but never ever let down your guard, that is what they are waiting for you to do.

I work in Neds market I work in Orlando I work in INdy  I work in KC  in Cleveland in PHILLy etc etc  and the deals for my guys come from all points of the compass  wholesalers licensed or not agents who have a pipeline to distressed assets ( those are usually the best but the average investor has a hard time cracking that code you need big money and volume to get into that pipeline.)

I do think there always most be compassion for those with less and why we have section 8 etc. maybe I am not seeing it right but just my 2 cents
