No, our property taxes and insurance are much lower than other states and you have basically no maint/repairs/cap-ex since they are brand new.

But it's difficult and time consuming, and despite David Greene's book, I do think it's difficult for a brand new investor to BRRRR in Ohio or Alabama from California =)

Tell her that you would need to see a year's worth of bank statements to prove the alimony payments were reliable, and since she can't provide that, then you have to deny her.And in the future, find any possible legal excuse you can to deny anyone going through a divorce or freshly divorced.
