I have interviewed with large brokerages and few mom and pop shops that deal is rather luxury segment.
While big firms offer 65/35 splits and training, the mom and pop shops offer 25/7...

In this model there is a full time person on-site, it's run more like a boutique hotel/high end hostel at that scale but it allows for lots of extra little perks you simply can't justify with less rental volume.
