Down payment came from a sale of another property that had some equity, as well as a refinance of a large batch of property with equity. 

This could be done for batches of properties.

You could in theory find the info since it is publicly available, but it may literally mean manually requesting batches of permit numbers and dates etc to then filter for his license number. 

I've seen properties bid up, close and re-appear for the next round/batch of auctions.

The oldest batch of these I have in houses is going on 6 years old now with no problems.

So i am not getting the same information as everyone mine showing my payments are processed in my status is In Qc Review Since  1st payments showed processed on the 2nd spoke with a rep today  she said a check was mailed one day last week I don’t know if she just told me that to get me off the phone but why is my app not saying batched or paid like others  

For example, my average deal is around 20-50 units in the $1 million - $2 million range, most times SFH, so if we are looking at a deal, or deals for the batch, and we know we want a GCR of 18%, but the owner is asking for a GCR of 13%, with a NOI of 8%.

No batch leads no propstream, no foreclosure list, absentee owners list, nothing.The way I "find" my motivated sellers, is by me, making it extremely easy for THEM to find ME.How?

as discouraged as i was, i did get 3 calls last week from my first batch, none of them deals.
