No need to load up on stress with the new house and baby, plenty of time.

This baby has gotten me more free valet, drinks, VIP nightclub tickets, exotic car parties,  and connections than any expenses I've had with it.

Yes, my family could move to the Valley and get a great house for our money but that would mean a 2.5-3 hr roundtrip daily commute and I'd never see my new baby and wife.

Millennials and seniors like apartments . there’s 80 million + baby boomers that are set to downsize and of coarse get health complications in the coming years .

I am 22 years old and have a wife, 2 daughters, and a baby on the way!

Here's an excerpt from my lease that clearly states I am allowed to address similar situations:   (i) Yards, patios, balconies, vestibules, hallways, and entrances may not be used to store belongings or to dry clothes.

They are also hoarders and garage, house, and especially the basement are full of piles of cloths and junk.

I recommend finding a place within driving distance so that you can tend to your baby if you need too.Good luck!
