His accomplishment in attaining the Presidency of the United States by a winning the poular election and becoming the first black president cannot be minimized, yet with the exception of his speech to the NAACP, where he proclaimed that "Having a Black President means there are no more excuses," he has repeatedly downplayed and not addressed issues of race with the exeption of totally screwing up the Professor Gates debacle.IMO, he has the greatest opportunity ever, without a single tax and spend dollar, to realize MLK's ""I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."

Would it be realistic to be able to attain property loans by the time I reach the age of 19?

And I don't think these courses and software necessarily help them attain that status.

I am unfamiliar with Detroit, is this type of return easily attainable?

If anything goes wrong on a financed deal like: financing guidelines change which prohibit you from attaining a loan, market prices move lower shutting you out of financing or pricing you out of a sale, there is some kind of damage done to property by a tenant or vandal lowering the value of the property...you could be in big trouble.

I currently need to attain a listing from an agent that lists all properties that were closed with cash in my target market, so that I can do some mailings to these individuals, and I am having a hard time finding an agent that will take the time to send me those listings.

Thus far, I have attained a list of people in the industry from our alumni network and also found some companies that are affiliated with the school.I was wondering if they know of anybody hiring in this economy for summer internships and what is the best way to approach them?

As I have not yet attained the riches.

I believe the connections I have attained through this industry would be very beneficial in with future RE ventures (i.e rehabbing)I guess I am just a little hesitant to make that first move.Thanks in advance for any comments/advice.Josh
