@Chi Ta I’m an Architect and what I do for my developer clients if they want to take the risk is to start the plans as soon as their offer is accepted.

I know a real estate attorney, historical consultant, architect and GC are all needed at some point.

We are (3 partners one partner is an Architect) planning on a multifamily project and identified the lot, talked to city its commercial zoned and no restrictions.

HiDoes anyone have a recommendation for a landscape architect that can provided added curb appeal and bring value to an aging multifamily complex in Hillcrest area of San Diego.

I had my college roommate do the plans who’s now a licensed architect so I’m fairly confident the permit process won’t be as bad as I’ve experienced before.

Being a landscape architect, I feel I have a very good sense of where to buy and avoid throughout the city based on land development projects, walkability, and where the city is wanting to invest in.
