I have found a local place that rents the machines so it may still be a viable option.

All they would ever do was come in with a shampoo machine and suck the water out but it still smelled and they never replaced the carpet.

The main problem with this system is the fax machine part is awful.

Even if you get your license.Secondly, ask if they have any way to provide you with resources similar to accessing the MLS.MLS is a Realtor® -only service.It all depends on their local Board of Realtors restrictions or abilities.I have a service here (central Florida) that is just a notch under full MLS access, and I can provide access to anyone. 

And, if you're looking at a FL LLC your information is always available to the public anyway without a bit of machination so it's going to be difficult to shelter your identity that way anyway.  

You could become a full blow deal locating machine.
