How can you earn just a little bit more money per month, like a part-time job at Walmart?

Too good to clean a house that might take a week for 40 Grand, but they'll kiss their boss's azz working in Walmart for 20 grand a year.Gee, wonder why I'm single 

At this point, I don't see any reason to take the first "yes" but don't want to turn away a good deal if it comes around.She told me her income was with a merchandising distributor to a local Wal-mart competitor (Meijer) and I didn't get more information at this stage.

Last rental though, one of the tenants worked for Walmart, and it was impossible to get through to them, they subcontracted out employee inquiries and that sub required a paid subscription!

So I recently purchased a multifamily home in a great location, near bus lines, freeway on ramp, shopping center 2 mins away with gym, restaurants, gas station, grocery store etc.  5 mins to walmart, theaters, medical clinic, higher end restaurants etc.  

Business such as Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and others have come in to the area.The biggie is obviously Walmart.  

There is a major transit station 2km away being built, the 2015 panam games are holding all soccer matches in the stadium, a major mall with all the stores (walmart, cdn tire, banks) opened in the last couple years.The one thing every single investor has said is "get the right tenant."

Lights, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, fans, computer, TV, etc, it all becomes heat in the end, Even the end product of your A/C unit is heat, it's just getting blown outside.That being said, no matter what you're using for heat, be it a fancy Eden Pure, 20 dollar milkhouse heater from Walmart, 240 volt baseboards or fifteen 100 watt light bulbs, the above formula applies.It's real straightforward and anyone trying to tell you different is probably trying to sell you something. 

Since many of my tenants pay with cash and many of them shop at Walmart, I'm going to open a savings account at the bank inside Walmart and ask them to deposit rent there. 

That's because many in the servicing department worked at Wal-Mart last month and they went through their three day training class!
