So I recently purchased a multifamily home in a great location, near bus lines, freeway on ramp, shopping center 2 mins away with gym, restaurants, gas station, grocery store etc. 5 mins to walmart, theaters, medical clinic, higher end restaurants etc.

Lights, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, fans, computer, TV, etc, it all becomes heat in the end, Even the end product of your A/C unit is heat, it's just getting blown outside.That being said, no matter what you're using for heat, be it a fancy Eden Pure, 20 dollar milkhouse heater from Walmart, 240 volt baseboards or fifteen 100 watt light bulbs, the above formula applies.It's real straightforward and anyone trying to tell you different is probably trying to sell you something.

Since many of my tenants pay with cash and many of them shop at Walmart, I'm going to open a savings account at the bank inside Walmart and ask them to deposit rent there.
