I am a traveling healthcare worker and my two major goals are buying multi family properties and going back to school.

I will have to keep the water in my name but I was also just thinking of keeping the electric in my name as well since there is just one dryer and I don't want one of my tenants to have to pay for the other one's dryer usage.

We work in the healthcare field and aware of pay cuts to travel nurse salaries and contracts.

Another point that I forgot to note, this will be a sales director position covering the midland area and surrounding regions, so I will be frequently traveling to midland for customer meetings and team meetings (2 times per month typically)! 

I have been hearing more about airbnb in the area of East old Brooklyn directed toward travel nurses in the area

Most travelers bring a surprising amount of clothing and personal belongings that they need space for so think about adding another storage closet if you can.

Traveling medical professionals generally don’t need 3 BR homes and they aren’t traveling as much as previous years so make sure there’s enough demand.
