I always collected all my money from anyone who received that speech.

The principles went to a conference where Sam Zell was speaking in 1993 or 94, and Sam's entire speech was about the consolidation of the industry and how the small players were getting eaten up because they didn't have the access to the deals or capital.

After his speech last night the Dow was down 190 points when Bernanke started testifying and only down about 25 points when Bernanke finished.

To raise the ceiling you do away with trusses--so I had to bring in jacks a gluelam beam and necessary 2x8's to support the roof.

I would have gotten off elevator at the next floor.The purpose of the elevator speech is to answer the question, 'What do you do?'
