They were the very first tenants to live in the townhouse after we purchased it and did a complete rehab including new wood flooring (destroyed & scratched), new base boards and trim (chewed & scratched by their dog), new granite counters (stained), new appliances (all dinged & scratched), all new light fixtures (electrical not working & light bulbs removed), newer carpet (horribly stained, smells like cat urine when no cat was approved & torn), new paint (holes kicked through in multiple places), doors have holes kicked through, door handle on sliding door ripped off, etc.

All units need new flooring, cabinets/countertops, bothrooms, doors, trim and a lot of drywall repair.

I have some trees that I need to get trimmed, possibly cut down.

And to top it off:Very little furniture, lots of dump runs, sometime the grass and landscape get neglected for a couple weeks, always sweeping and vacuuming up dust, painters tape stuck to your clothes, joint compound imbedded into your jeans, tools scattered around the house, half a wall is opened, trim isn't done....

That usually entails replacing carpeting, door casing and trim and window blinds at he minimum. 

Hi, I've searched alot on Lowes and Home Depot and can't figure out what the piece of trim is that is supposed to cover the white mesh material on top of the brick mortar.

Also a bucket of white gloss exterior trim would make that front door trim and window trim sparkle.

Or should I just trim shrubs to save on cost and deal with the less appealing look?
