Taking actionI'd start by talking with an investor-friendly lender like @Michael Facchini and then connect with @Tony Freeman an agent who works primarily with investors.You don't need much money to get started so put together a plan to buy a 2-4 unit house hack with a fha 3.5% low down payment loan or something along those lines.Where are you at in Chicago?
