I am thinking about going to a couple auctions to supplement my direct mail, maybe pick up an extra deal or two per year but would like to get someone else's take on the subject.  

When I moved here, I entered a 1yr lease which ends in June, so I’d like to find a property to house hack or find a small property to live in myself/renovate for equity with a supplemental cash flowing property nearby.

Becoming an agent when you have no prior experience is a great way learn the ins and out of the industry while supplementing some income.

Since my health scare my wife and I have discussed many ideas on how we can help supplement my lost income.

Of course these are not people with good credit so it is easy to see why the banks are reluctant to deal with them, but given the fact their mortgage payments are supplemented by the government, they really don't have that much lose.

If personally managed be careful, people will supplement the rents and do all kinds of things to make a deal look better. 

I plan to use the cash flow from my free and clear rentals to supplement my pension income.  

Along with how having something that can supplement my main source of income, even if just slightly, can be a life saver.

As far as my goals, Im not looking to transition into f/t sales; I plan to maintain my full-time job, while buying and selling my own property as well as generating supplemental income from sales as an agent.

I believe that only spending on necessities and cutting costs where I can for them will be helpful in supplementing additional money that I lose to my debts.
