I wanted to re-read and now I can’t find it.

@Ozzy Sirimsi Haha, as soon as I reread that, I wanted to change the numbers, but it was too late to edit.

First, this is why I say one of the most important books every REI needs to read (re-read) is their Algebra book (and the Geometry book too).Second, don't worry about the formula for paydown. 

Upon re-reading my post, I realize I've not clearly conveyed the intent here, which is to minimize the amount I borrow from the local bank. 

But rereading my post made me throw one roe warning your way.

As I RE- Read your question, I realize you are asking abbot something different.

Sometimes the highlighted area doesn't make a whole lot of sense so I reread the sentences before and after to get a better idea of why I highlighted the lines and then I write my notes. 

Read IRS Pub 523 for more information and re-read the parts most relevant to you.
