I wouldn’t think those are common numbers.. if you’re buying properties at 26K regularly that’s a different story.

Look at using a regular line of credit at smaller banks.

Usually a sponsor should be responsive within a few days, usually quicker when you have follow-up questions. 8-day delay without any update can be concerning.

If not I'd update the lease for future tenants. 2.
