Go watch the move "Pacific Heights" with Alex Keaton and you'll see he employs this exact trick.

Has anyone ever heard of or dealt with Pacific Service Corporation as far as investor loans.

I recently picked up my first duplex and looking to network with real estate investors in the Pacific Northwest to grow my portfolio.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, so we would use the unit  6 to 8 weeks every winter (flexible--anytime between January and mid April) I am open to most areas.  

As we welcome 2023 it seems along the Pacific Coast and specifically the Oregon and California Coast's that there is a window of buying opportunity for investors and buyers. 

Not likely to take care of the total cost, but like I said, if you are doing it anyway...spi ( Seirra Pacific  Red Emerson ) basically took control of the CA timber industry..
