Needless to say, working with this contractor has ruined my life in so many ways and it looks like he will walk away from it all scott free.

Needless to say they never contacted anyone.

As my money grows, I will need less and less of the family member’s money as collateral for the LMA until eventually none of their money is tied up anymore.

Usually I need less money down to get into the deal which leaves me more for the rehab.

I have found some houses n Detroit for $25-30k cash that might need less than $5k to be livable in and can get around $600-700 a moth.
