Maybe you take it because you might be able to make a couple of bucks for no money down, but add in the risk of Sub2 and I think I'd pass.If this makes money, why is this guy so desperate to give it away?

With in mind, if there are any contractors that are willing to do me a service for a couple of bucks, it would be highly appreciated.So the moral of the question is, is purchasing a home from a bank a PITA or is it not worth it as a first time investment?

I see tons of houses in Milwaukee that are left to rot in the inner city by out of state landlords who probably thought it was a good idea to buy a $25,000 house that rents for $800 and just hire a property manager to deal with everything.
