What to do with sellers that don't need remodel on their house?
If I get a response from one of my "We Buy Houses" ads and the house doesn't need any remodeling. If it did need remodeling, I could wholesale it to a rehabber.
If it doesn't AND the owners have a mortgage, I could sub2 their mortgage and sell it to someone else owner financed.
But what if they don't owe any mortgage on it? What are my options there?
