It is zoned R2, Low Med I density, with a duplex and freestanding garage.

You might try calling the HR department or recruiter at those hospitals to see how much they're using travel meds - some use them heavily, others not so much.

LOL He put their 3 kids through college, 1 through med school, 1 through engineering school, buying houses for all 3 kids instead of paying for them to live in dorms or rent apartments.

It caters toward med students but we recently had a nurse finish a six month contract with us.

I hired a young couple to live with her, cook, clean make sure she takes meds, walk her to ballroom dance club wed and fri, to the chicken beach to swim, to the little home made ice cream shop ... all good until covid. 

Just my 2 cents: why don't you take that money and put it somewhere without a lot of legislation to wade through, who'd be happy to have your money, that isn't a overcrowded, over searched metro area with a lot of real estate inflation.For example: Rural town that just got a med school permit. 

I have a lot in Brookhaven (close to the Med Center) that I want to build 5 houses in.

Pearland is great due to its proximity to the med center.

Club Med charges a $100 membership fee for this reason. 

I’m thinking with Metro, University Hospitals, and Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Med School in the area, there should be no shortage of travel medical professionals coming to the area!
