Mary, one of my highschool summer jobs was with a bread company, the sweet rolls driver hauling a load about 90 miles was sick one weekend and the manager stuck me in a Ford tractor, gave me a 30 minute lesson and sent me on my way!

It doesn't really matter who was president (Ford) because the basics of marketing have not changed: a letter or any other medium is merely a sales person in print.

But one of the members  they owned a court reporting business in SF and it was the largest there and sold it for just under 20 million plus they had invested in real estate in the bay area along the way.. mid 40s.. he would come to the club in a beat up old ford.. beat up old clubs.. etc etc.. 

I have heard that just over the NC border into TN around pigeon Ford/the Smoky Mountain National Park does great, and those are your cabin style homes (some of the others I mentioned aren't).
