I'd recommend getting specific on your target area because a C class in Baltimore (for example using your home city) may not be the same as a C class in Knoxville, like Gino above invests in.There are likely thousands of BP members who own C class properties in stable markets and smile and move on when they read the posts on BP describing how they are not passive investments.
