After hearing them explain it, my mind immediately started spinning and imagining all types of ideas to support some of my future real estate business plans.

@Dennis Gallof, it sounds like you are looking for legal loopholes to liability risks and I am not imagining there will be many options there.

I can imagine that a plaintiff's attorney will take a look at what you own before decided to proceed with a case, but is there any value to the tactic of showing large debt (on the assumption that mortgages would be public record)? 

That is not me - I can connect you :-)   And maybe focus on just one market or you will spread yourself too thin - I can not imagine analyzing deals for multiple states all at once.

I can't imagine it gets any higher without the House of Cards doing what they do.
