They are active in their communities, generous in their donations, and seasoned travelers.

Our market is cash flow strong and we have growth coming in from Amazon and our wonderful hospital system, Promedica, which has donated Millions of dollars to the city.

Unless you're a charitable person that likes to donate their time to the benefit of your tenants, this should be charged for.

So all you're doing is investing it instead of donating it to the IRS. 

If they are charitable they could use the funds to donate to a Donor Advised Fund to offset income and have a large charitable pool to donate whenever they wish.

My question is for the furniture that is in the house and clothes and anything else that could be donated does anyone recommend a company that comes out to do site pickups.

If you want to be generous and have the means, donate to what you think is a good charity. 

I have my Charity and if they like to make a donation I am happy to engage with those folks.. but most folks on BP when you ask for a simple donation to a great charity in exchange for information they seek its crickets..
