Hi,Wondering if any of you with experience have any ideas for me on this deal:We are at the tail end of a 7 month short sale process, and were supposed to close last week.

Those were all 1128 sq ft 2/1.5 at $1450.One was rented at 555 Red Tail Way.

Is there any multifamily investors here in Orange County and would be willing to help me make heads or tails of all this information?  

I'd get a thorough inspection and plan on spending some money as you work your tail off :)If one has a good credit score, a solid job, building experience and ferocious worth ethic, much is possible!

I'm sure it's "smart" to tuck it away in a nice safe retirement fund but I'd like to actively work towards being able to quit my career and do more entrepreneurial endeavors with this money.With this amount to start with and if I bust my tail, I'm curious what amount of time it would take to be able to leave my job.

I currently do some flipping and whole tailing, and a little work as a residential agent (formed my own agency with a broker's sponsorship).My impression from most responses here is that most people don't think it's worth paying for a high visibility space for a RE office.

More financialized economies exhibit somewhat less real volatility, but also lower growth, more tail risk,as well as tighter real-real and real-financial correlations.

Not a real big deal but it puts fire on under the Realitors tail to present the offer to the seller right away.Hope this is helpful.
