Would this deal look good for a wholesale or bird dog fee?

My mother and step mother are both licensed real estate agents, my father is a real estate investor, my aunts and grand parents all own property, so I'm not completely green to the wealth potential of REI nor the risk and horror stories that accompany it.

I live in a small city in PA where the economy isn't great, jobs are few and all of the bad things that accompany these things are happening (crime, unemployment, low incomes, bad housing market etc).

If that is your reason, you are better off bird dogging for someone whose business is wholesaling and has some experience. 

I also belong to the Washington REIA and will began bird dogging with one of my best friends, who has a GC company

It only opens up if there is a bad problem (like the dryer vent is crushed, or full of socks or ice or a bird's nest) and the dryer overheats severely. 

the bird dog brings the leads to the wholesaler and gets paid for them depending on the lead could be $500-$1000 if the wholesaler makes a deal
