I used to write sales letters for a media company and they do a lot of the scare tactics and dream painting a sales writer is told to write. 

Just use one of the cards that you already have for your flipping business, or write Real Estate Investor on the new card, or just write your name with no titles.

It is kind of a local thing with top song writers playing it and then maybe a random guest appearance by a well known artist.  

In the special provisions section, you can write: "Rent for the full 45 day terms is $x".Using $2,000 a month, this would read "Rent for the full 45 day term is $3,000".Be cautious about the advice to use the Bigger Pockets Lease package. 

Personally, I'm a fan of Jay Abraham, Claude Hopkins and David Ogilvy, but there are dozens of great copy writers who publish books of their experience.

As a real estate writer, I write articles about gifts for landlords and gifts landlords can give their renters during the holidays this time of year.

I'm paying 10% to the grant writer person if I obtain the funds.

Depending on the reader's response it may or may not be the personal view of the writer.

And of course, the writer of the book makes more than everybody!

Was saying the the latte concept (which is used by many writers in many books) is ridiculous to me in the sense that many times these small purchases are not material parts of the budget.
