I was building a new laundromat in the best retail area of our town when our job site got its tools and copper robbed for the second time.

I’ve been exploring MF properties because complexes in the $1M to $1.5M range appear to generate better NOI.

I'm also concerned about the liability that I might be exposed to here by allowing what appears to be a business to operate out of my rental.

What tenant screening sites has everyone had luck with?

There are so many websites and of course, most cost money to join.

The Property Management website lists it as "approximate location: Street Name on contract."

Don’t hurt your ranking by splitting your property into many baskets… especially those personal websites!!!!
