Looking for recommendations for RE attorneys that can write JV agreements and such on Long Island, NY?

Now as I approach 40 I see clearly that had I started right away I'd probably be living on an island now.  

I’m an active agent here on island and was previously a professional wholesaler in Tx.

I’ve thought about new Milford but also concerned if flood zones and further on coast closing into Rhode Island like new London, new Saybrook, mystic area I see some fairly inexpensive homes however those by water seem more difficult to find.

We moved our company to Tulsa in '04 after hurricane Ivan dumped 4 ft of sand and covered Okaloosa Island beyond recognition. 

I see some opportunity in Stoney Island park area, but not familiar with this area and would like to get some opinion from BP family.

If the rental goes uninhabited, can I make the monthly payments with the IRA?  

Hello Everyone,My fiancee and I are looking for 3-4 unit properties in Rhode Island.

His area include Rhode Island and parts of SE Mass and he knows every street and if its a good area or not.
