Hi Chris, Although lis pendens data is public, software companies who pull such data provide different data points, do not necessarily pull day-to-day and may only pull weekly or twice a month - none of it is uniform and so the quality of the data is also not uniform.

See that's the other part of the coin, city has to think of liability and getting sued in absolutely everything they do, and find ways to do things in a uniform way that dosn't loos the city millions on a regular basis to suites.
