None of their projects have actually been completed yet, but several are underway and putting in finishes.I personally just got approved for an ADU for my Logan Square building. 

Also the properties are vacant and we are already underway with clean up, staging, and posting listings.The issue:  We are not licensed to manage properties in the state of Washington.   

If it is a problem, there is a great effort underway to supply more.

I'm betting we see the first population increase in 70 years when the 2020 census comes out, and then you'll have national headlines touting the "resurgence of Detroit" that's already been underway for 5+ years.I think it's a fantastic move if you have the flexibility to do it. 

There are already some urban renewal projects underway specifically around the 12 points area.
