Let me translate it for you Amit.

  $300K in gross rents per month (I think that's what you mean) probably translates into a $30 million (+/-) deal. 

I'm also in this crazy city and have a hard time translating some of the info into our market but there are a lot of really knowledgable people in our area on here.  

Items will be lost in translation explaining a market to someone that then re-writes content for you.  

Let's hope that translates into some completed transactions from the campaign!

Translation....”I only have $10,000, no chance in hell of qualifying for a loan, looking for a sucker to finance a house for me with 5% down” .....or, “I’m a wholesaler looking to flip it to some other unknown person, described above”.

Unless it translates into significantly more capital, that time is better spent with family or on business/RE.

In other words there will be lots of transactions which translates into lots of fees.

I have been quite bearish for a while, suspecting that the growing optimism which has characterised the last few months would eventually fade again as reality began to sink in that this is no ordinary recession and that 'less bad' doesn't necessarily translate into a quick recovery.
